In the unlikely event that a product arrives, misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Most of the people working at Eden Reforestation Project's nurseries and planting sites never had a cash-paying job prior to being hired by Eden. Employee wages vary based on the project nation, the economy, and the position being filled by the employee. Managers will make more, and some seasonal workers (part-time for planting season) are hired to help with the increased planting load. All employees are paid a fair and consistent income that helps to lift them out of extreme poverty and enables them to care for their families. In addition, as the land is restored, it begins to provide for them through improved soil for farming, improved fishing due to decreased erosion and restored and refilled aquifers. In addition, food security and income are increased as Eden’s employees further benefit from agroforestry projects, and their ability to begin micro-enterprises.
Yes, only if you buy a product from a collection (Amazonas, California, Australia). However, if you choose any other product that is not a collection, your trees will not be designated to any particular site. This is because there are a number of factors that can change very quickly before the trees are scheduled to be planted. To name a few: (1) the weather, (2) trees available and their condition, (3) the locals' need for employment, and (4) the areas available to plant in.
Eden Reforestation Projects plants only native species trees, which vary from nation to nation. We never plant or introduce any invasive species at any of our project sites. While true reforestation remains our focus, we also plant a percentage of agroforestry species for sustainable community use. This prevents the community from going into newly restored forests and provides more significant community benefit and involvement in the project.

With our partner, One Tree Planted the time between your purchased and the actual tree planting will vary depending on the region you have chosen and the time of year. Planting usually happens during the rainy season, when the soil provides optimum conditions for tree survival.
By the Eden reforestation project side, at the end of every three months, we compile the number of trees planted and distribute them amongst the countries who (1) have the next closest planting season and (2) have the greatest need for trees, space, trees available, and people available to plant.
